I’ve asked for late checkout at check in and been told there is no option. After few attempts I’ve been allowed to stay 30mins longer and received call at exact time to leave the room."

"Everything about this hotel is fabulous and, trust me when I say that I’ve very rarely said that about anywhere! The staff could not be more helpful or lovely if they tried. Whoever trains them should be rewarded. We have been travelling for over 6 weeks and have stayed in some great places but this was the icing on the cake!"
